The Challenge

A local skincare brand had failed to gain traction through offline pharmacy distribution. Sell-through was weak, customer education was limited, and there was no scalable way to demonstrate results. The decision was made to pivot fully into direct-to-consumer e-commerce, starting with no paid media system, no performance history, and no proven online demand.

Our Approach
