Founder, CEO & Head of Performance
Tamsyn believes that great performance marketing starts with understanding the people and community behind the brand.
Over the past six years, she has helped grow more than 60 South African businesses, working closely with founders who care deeply about what they're building. She is hands-on in every account - shaping the strategy, refining the messaging, analysing the numbers and constantly testing for smarter growth.
As a former scientist, she combines creative instinct with analytical precision - which is uncommon in this industry and exactly what makes BBM special. She cares about the people she works with, but she is uncompromising about performance.
Her mission is simple: help local brands grow beautifully, profitably and sustainably.
Zenicia
Account Manager & Head of Operations
Graduating top of her class with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Rosebank College, she brings both discipline and detail to everything she touches. As BBM's systems lead (and unofficial "head girl" of the office), she oversees client communication, campaign coordination and internal workflows - ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
From timelines to tracking to follow-ups, she is the reason nothing falls through the cracks. A former event coordinator, Zen thrives in fast-moving environments and keeps both the team and clients grounded, informed and supported.
Clarissa
Paid Media Account Manager
Voted most likely to crack a Brakpan joke mid-meeting... Clarissa lives in the ads accounts! As a dancer, she brings exceptional discipline and determination into her work, paired with a natural creative instinct. With a background in social media management and content creation, she understands how brands and creators think, communicate and connect - giving her a strong foundation in creative strategy.
She is deeply dedicated to mastering paid media. She studies, tests and pushes herself to improve every day. She cares wholeheartedly about the founders and brands we partner with - and approaches every account with heart, humour and hunger, always willing to go above and beyond.
Nicole
Lead Designer
Nicole translates brand strategy into scroll-stopping creative. She designs ad creative that's built to convert - not just look good. Her work sits at the intersection of aesthetics, psychology and performance.
With a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design from Inscape Education, including certifications in Photography and Business Management, Nicole brings both technical skill and commercial understanding to her craft. Nicole brings curiosity, enthusiasm and a sense of adventure into her work, always up for a challenge and ready to push creative boundaries.
