The Challenge
When we took over this local makeup brand's Meta ads, the account wasn't underperforming because of the product. It was underperforming because the system behind it was too thin — three ads, no testing framework, and a ROAS of 2.29 heading into January.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the account structure and dramatically increased creative diversity, introducing 45 new ads in January compared to just three the month before. Treating creative as a system rather than a one-off gave the algorithm the signals it needed to learn, adapt, and scale efficiently.
